Walmart savings catcher App.  Scan receipt after every purchase and if it finds a cheaper price you get it back.  This does not work on produce but seems to work on everything else. 

Target Cartwheel App.  Download it onto your phone and you can go through it and select offers for things your need.  Then when you get to the checkout the cashier will scan the barcode on your phone.
